Carl is NLT’s Senior DevSecOps Engineer, primarily consulting with FEMA’s Chief Technology Officer to create proof of concepts for the adaption of the latest and upcoming technologies into their IT operations. He has performed various systems integrations, systems engineering and DevOps roles for various federal government customers.
He graduated from Howard University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and from George Washington University in 2010 with a Master’s in Engineering Management. His past work includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), the Navy, Navy Intelligence, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the Dept of Energy.
Outside of work, he competes in triathlons, running everything from the sprint distance to half-iron man distance.
