- Martha Wells - Martha Wells, is co-founder of Spatial Focus LLC, - an NLT Alliance Company. She is seasoned national GIS leader with over 50 years of expertise in addressing solutions, local government planning and zoning, transportation, land records and coastal zone management. She was a co-author of the Federal Geographic Data Committee's U. S. Thoroughfare, Landmark and Postal Address Data Standard, and has taught workshops and presented numerous papers on street addressing issues . Along with the Spatial Focus team, she helps design, implement and manage numerous Master Address Repositories in the U.S. as well as in other countries.
- Steve Lee – Steve is a specialist in geospatial analytics, cloud computing, and emergency response, with extensive experience in enterprise geospatial technology management and large-scale platform deployment across state, local, federal, and international levels. As the leader of NLT’s Delivery organization, he oversees the IT implementation consulting practice, driving innovation and efficiency in geospatial and technology solutions.
- Ghermay Araya - Ghermay is a leader in geospatial technology, cloud computing, and data science, with decades of experience in enterprise systems engineering and large-scale geospatial and IT implementations across government, private sector, and international organizations.
