As we welcome the New Year, we do so with gratitude, optimism, and reflection.

Like our customers and partners, we navigated uncertainty, shifting priorities, and real challenges. We did not face these moments alone. We weathered the year together, grounded in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to meaningful work, even when conditions were challenging.

This year also marks an important milestone for New Light Technologies: 25 years of service, resilience, and mission-driven impact.

Reaching 25 years is not something we take lightly. It represents decades of learning, adapting, and solving complex problems across evolving technologies, policies, and missions. Above all, it represents people.

From our very first employee, to the many talented individuals who have worked with us over the years, and to those who are part of New Light Technologies today—thank you. Each of you shaped a chapter of this journey. Some helped lay the foundation, others helped us evolve and grow, and many carried the work forward through pivotal moments. Whether your time with NLT was brief or spanned many years, your contributions mattered and continue to have an impact.
