~Making and Sharing Image Observations~
Ran Goldblatt will present a robust methodology for prioritizing space-based satellite data collection for emergency response during disasters, utilizing best available hazard, community infrastructure and social vulnerability datasets. This methodology was implemented at FEMA during the 2018 hurricane and wildfire season. We discuss our methodology and present the tool that was developed within ArcGIS Pro environment.
