Andrew Strauch is a software engineer that works on a variety of projects for several of NLT’s customers on geospatial and DevOps projects. One of the key projects he works on includes the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) under the Response Geospatial Office (RGO) contract. There, he supports the GeoPlatform, disaster response, data processing, and automation.
Andrew specializes in full-stack software development, DevOps and creating and designing new user interfaces. He came to NLT from Hobson’s where he worked on the Starfish product, a higher-ed student success platform.
Originally pursuing pre-law as BA undergrad, Andrew ignited a passion for software after a professor that previously owned a video game studio encouraged him to switch tracks. When off the clock, Andrew can be found weightlifting, homebrewing, and, of course, developing video games.
